Summer is the hungriest time of year for children in need, but this year, summer hunger began in March with the closure of schools across our community.

The COVID-19 pandemic led to the closure of schools and businesses across our community, which means girls and boys who typically rely on free and reduced–price meals have been at a serious risk of hunger ever since.

But your gifts to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank help stock our shelves and help share needed meals and groceries through our network of 160 partners and programs — right now and into the summer months.
